As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking trade qualified and experienced Painter/Blasters to join our Site Services division. (Offering both Permanent and Casual roles)

Reporting to our Site Superintendent (Paint) you will have the opportunity to be part of a true crew, working together to set industry standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months + experience in industrial painter/blasting
  • Experience with Airless and conventional spray application
  • Protective coating application by brush and roller
  • Surface preparation including use of mechanical tools
  • Drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Trade certificate or relevant qualification
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
